Showcasing South Australian Honey.

The Queen’s Cut began with a love of the Aussie bush, being outdoors, bees, eating good food and providing honeycomb to fine dining restaurant and SA’s best cheese shops. We are excited to move into our next adventure, working with Australian beekeepers to bring you flavours from the most beautiful corners of the Australian bush.

Beekeeper holding and inspecting frame of honey

Australia is home to some of the most diverse and pristine landscapes in the world and our Apiarists unlock the flavour of these unique places.

The skill of the beekeeper comes to play in the ability to read the environment, weather and behaviour in the hive, combining all of this knowledge to place hives in the right place at just the right time.

Honey is no easy feat

Up against ever changing weather and flowering conditions, droughts and bushfires, beekeepers are on the chase for the best honey flow and carefully support their bees so they can flourish.

A percentage of our proceeds supports regeneration of native South Aussie bushland.

We love getting our hands dirty planting trees and are actively involved in bushland regeneration projects across the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula. The Australian bush is a significant place to Australian beekeepers who produce honey from native flora. Revegetating is a priority to ensure we have abundant bushland for years to come.

If you are a landholder and are looking for some reveg work, don’t hesitate to get in contact with us!
